Malvern Summer Ball, Incorporated is a non-profit organization whose mission is to teach young players the fundamentals of baseball and softball allowing them to reach their fullest potential, both on and off the field. On the field we teach confidence, a winning attitude, process, managing failure, professionalism, strategy, preparation, energy, and being a great teammate.
Off the field we emphasize academics, leadership, communication skills, accountability, character, honesty, community service, appreciation, entrepreneurship and work ethic.
Our goal is to not only walk away a better ball player. We aim for those participating to walk away better humans confident in themselves and their ability to positively impact the world around them.
Malvern Summer Ball believes athletic competition should be fun. We believe those who coach athletes are, first and foremost, teachers who have a duty to assure that their sports programs promote important life skills and the development of good character. We believe that sincere and good-faith efforts to honor the words and spirit of this Code will improve the quality of our programs and the well-being of our children.
